The 5th of July the first CHEF’S TABLE event of the new Chef took place at Black Market.
Olexiy Sidorov presented the brand new gastronomic vision and expressed it in 5 dishes prepared of buffalo meat, wild carp, venison, and lamb. It was such a pleasure of our new Chef to present dishes to guests and to tell about their special features.
Dinner has a foodpairing format and every dish comes with one and special Marussia Beveradges wine, selected by brand-ambassador Alexander Blagopoluchny.
