Chef’s table №1, 05 July 2018

The 5th of July the first CHEF’S TABLE event of the new Chef took place at Black Market.

Olexiy Sidorov presented the brand new gastronomic vision and expressed it in 5 dishes prepared of buffalo meat, wild carp, venison, and lamb. It was such a pleasure of our new Chef to present dishes to guests and to tell about their special features.

Dinner has a foodpairing format and every dish comes with one and special Marussia Beveradges wine, selected by brand-ambassador Alexander Blagopoluchny.

Live music and wittiness of the host of the event Vlad Voloshin made the evening just excellent. Stay tuned to now all our gastronomical updates!
